At Orla Kiely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition with all signature packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original Orla Kiely boxes or dust bags, ensuring the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
